Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Vidmaxx, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is offered by Khany Ecom Ventures LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

Vidmaxx lets you record modular video segments—hooks, bodies, and CTAs—and assemble combinations on your iPhone. Features may change. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality.

You must be at least 13, or the age of digital consent where you live, and able to form a contract. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity on your account. One person or one Apple ID must not abuse trials.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Vidmaxx iOS app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms, and to use the website for your account. Vidmaxx is licensed, not sold.

We retain all intellectual property rights in the app, site, trademarks, and software. You keep intellectual property rights in the videos you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content only as needed to provide the service.

Do not reverse engineer Vidmaxx except as allowed by law; abuse trials or payment systems; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; interfere with the service; or use Vidmaxx to violate the rules of TikTok, Meta, YouTube, or other platforms. You are responsible for your posts.

Vidmaxx offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock export volume:

• Starter: 100 videos per month — $14.99 per month or $107.99 per year.
• Creator: 180 videos per month — $19.99 per month on the web or $214.99 per year.
• Pro Creator: unlimited videos — $89.99 per month or $639.99 per year.

Prices are in US dollars and may be converted to local currency by Apple. Prices displayed in the App Store or StoreKit control if they differ.

Free trial. New eligible subscribers get three days free. The subscription then automatically renews at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase, where allowed by Apple.

Web subscriptions are sold by Khany Ecom Ventures LLC. Payment is processed by Stripe. Entitlements are managed by RevenueCat so the same account unlocks the iOS app. Cancel web billing from the website dashboard’s “Manage subscription” control or by emailing admin@vidmaxxai.app. Web and App Store purchases are separate payment relationships. Restoring App Store purchases uses Restore Purchases in the app.

App Store purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies.

Web purchases. Contact admin@vidmaxxai.app. Refunds are considered in line with applicable law and our fraud and abuse rules. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for the videos you record and export, including music, likeness, and claims. On-device rendering does not mean we moderate every clip. We may remove accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that exports will be accepted by any social platform or that the service will be uninterrupted.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KHANY ECOM VENTURES LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $50 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

You will defend and indemnify Khany Ecom Ventures LLC against claims arising from your content, your use of Vidmaxx, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

You may stop using Vidmaxx and delete your account. Use Delete account in the Vidmaxx iOS app (Account / Settings). We immediately delete that user from our database—the auth user, profile, projects, clips, renders, stats, and stored video files for that account—and remove you from our email contact list when possible.

Deleting the iOS app from your phone does not delete your account; you must use Delete account.

Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google and are not canceled by deleting your Vidmaxx account. To stop charges, cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Subscriptions. Web subscriptions are canceled from the website dashboard’s “Manage subscription” control.

Limited payment records may be retained as required for tax, fraud, or law, and database backups may hold residual copies for a short rotation window before they drop off.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay, or create risk. After termination, the license ends. Sections that should survive—including intellectual property, payments owed, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity—survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise. If you are a US consumer, courts in Delaware, USA have venue, except that you may have additional rights in your home state.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance, except where notice or consent is required by law.
